School Supply Registration Deadline CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

To register and receive your supplies please do the following:

1. Before August 7th, register by filling out your children names and grade in the letter that was mailed or in the event registration area.

2.  Pick up your backpack(s) at Living Hope Ministries (1737 Adams St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413) on August 12th, 1-3 p.m.

3. You must bring this letter for your children to receive supplies.

4. If you do not show up on August 13 or pre-schedule an alternate pick-up time, you will forfeit your backpack(s)

*Note to families: Distribution is limited and priority is given to families who have participated in any Living Hope Ministries programs.
